Business Development Manager
Famed Żywiec Sp. z o.o. is one of the largest manufacturer of medical equipment in the Europe. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth opportunities in the distribution network,
- Establish long term relationships with key customers,
- Support major commercial projects,
- Monitor and analyze target markets,
- Implement pricing strategy,
- Cooperate with internal departments to develop and tune distribution strategy,
- Participate in business trips, trade fairs, negotiations and products presentations in relation to healthcare sector,
- Deliver product and sales training to distributors and users,
- Report to the Management Board.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial skills combined with positive attitude,
- Proven working experience as a business development manager in healthcare industry (experience in medical equipment will be an asset),
- Ability to build and maintenance trust and business relations with customers,
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (an additional foreign language will be an asset),
- Self-reliance and good time management,
- Strong focus on targets,
- Communication and interpersonal skills,
- University degree,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Driving license,
- Willingness to travel within CEE Region.
