Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are an American-based company looking for someone to work from home, 8-12 hours per week, for one of our clients. This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a global team of HR experts from all over the world.

You will assist with basic HR administration, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits enrollment and local HR compliance support.

Ideally you have:

- knowledge of local HR practices

- speak the local language

- a diploma, degree or certification in HR

- experience with on-boarding, off-boarding and benefits enrollment

- an HR generalist background

We are looking for multiple strategic partners in the area, so if this relationship works out well, we would look to use you for other jobs in the area.
