Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies
* Developing and maintaining outstanding relations with existing clients and ensure maximum satisfaction
* Acquiring new clients to increase client base and boost revenue
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Delivering presentations for persuading clients to buy new products
* Processing sales transactions
* Resolving client complaints and concerns
* Handling client returns, price changes and discounts
* Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products to advise and make suitable recommendations to clients
* Ad-hoc tasks required by the business

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work without supervision
* Ability to negotiate and sell products
* Track record of converting opportunities to orders
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills 
* Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, One Drive) to enhance communication
* Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data
* In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
* Creating and posting posts with pictures and videos on social networks
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is desirable
