Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities
● Sales of the entire product range of the coffee machines;
● Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in the area of responsibility;
● Independent planning and organization of customer visits;
● Ensuring long-term and strategic business development;
● Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services;
● Presenting the product in a structured professional way;
● Understanding the needs of the business customers;
● Researching the market and related products;
● Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
● Creating statistics and market researches;
● Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
● Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
● Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data;
● Supporting the finance function in money collection;
● Monitoring competitors, market conditions and product development;
● Cooperating with the sales partners in the country and the company in Switzerland;

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile
● At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales;
● Fluent English;
● German and Russian would be an advantage;
● Capability of developing sales processes to enable the business to move forward;
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as presentation competence;
● Ability to influence the Client and maintain long term relations;
● Hands-on and pro-active approach, self-motivation;
● Working knowledge of MS office;
● Ethical behaviour;
● Customer focus;
