Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction works to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Identifying and contracting subcontractors in electrical, plumbing, hvac and construction areas.
• Providing consultancy on local building law regulations to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborating effectively with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Managing construction processes in the local language, including ordering materials and services.
• Coordinating with building administrators and landlords, where necessary, in the local language.
• Managing subcontractor settlements and ensuring accurate project accounting.
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets throughout the construction process.
• Demonstrating flexibility and readiness to travel within the country as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid construction license/certification as a Site Manager (uprawnienia budowlane).

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships seamlessly.
