Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role is to play key role in handling international relocations to and from Czech Republic for company´s clients.

You will act as a the subject matter expert with the relocating employee for their immigration compliances.

Main tasks:
• Provide immigration assistance
• Responsibility for consulting and administering all components of inbound and outbound immigration services
• Carrying out the immigration assesment and briefing with transferring employee
• Managing documentation, uploading data and documents to internal IT system
• Reviewing and approving supplier invoices
• Preparation of status reports

Candidates with education suit the position

Personality requirements and skills

• Relevant experience of minimum 2 years within immigration, visa agenda is essential (long term, short term assignment including EU and non EU citizens)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; versatile, well organized with a consistent focus on quality and a passion for customers;
• Problem solving/anticipation, ability to react quickly and manage stressful situations
• Proficient computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexibility and responsibility
• Willingness to work independently but also being a great team player
