Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main tasks:
• Responsibility for finance and administration
• Creating financial strategy and processes
• Preparation of financial analyses, statements, reporting
• Ensuring smooth functioning of customer invoicing and closure up until payment
• Supervising control of supplier invoices
• Consolidating items necessary for establishment of the monthly report or any other reporting request
• Analysing operating costs
• Collecting and communicating the tax and social security elements to the holding company
• Managing general documentation
• Producing and/or overseeing the insurance records and the relationship with the brokers
• Responsibility for the good holding and use of funds and account credit
• Ensuring proper management of stocks
• Management of personnel and social relations including recruitment of staff
• Management of financial and administrative team

• University degree specialization in finance, economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience within similar area
• Very good communicational and organizational skills
• Proactive approach
• Analytical thinking, attention to details
• Experience with managing a team
• PC literacy ( MS Office), knowledge of Navison would be an advantage
