Account Manager (m/w/d)

Responsible for managing the creative development process from brief through to delivery across all disciplines/media platforms.

The Account Manager manages & controls the flow of all work, irrespective of discipline (Broadcast, Print, Digital, Brand Activation), through the creative development & production processes.

The functions of this role are as follows:

  • Keeping track of incoming briefs/work and their delivery timings across their respective account(s).
  • In conjunction with relevant producers, developing & managing project timelines.
  • Monitoring the workload, suitability, availability and skill sets of all the creative teams.
  • Managing the creative development process to ensure that all Project Team & Creative reviews happen on time.
  • Be able to think beyond execution and to offer solutions.
  • Help maintain creative integrity, quality & excellence.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and sharp on detail – working in a time efficient and organised manner and seeking to streamline processes where appropriate as well as prioritising effectively.
  • The account manager will also be estimating & managing all cost and fees during the project management process.
  • Ensuring all admin – POs, timesheets, etc – are completed on time.

This role requires a professional, positive, and high-energy individual with great people skills. Someone who works hard but has fun with it! You should have a meticulous attention to detail, establishing yourself as a safe pair of hands to get stuck in on a variety of projects and the day-to-day support of your account.

We are looking for an integrated Account Manager with a good experience in digital projects. You should be comfortable working in an international environment on a global brand with multiple stakeholders involved. A background in tourism or airline would help. You will also understand the elements required to execute a campaign from client/agency brief, to concept, design and production. You will have the know how to work with guidelines, deadlines and delivery methods and a good understanding of agency processes. You would also be comfortable in attending any client meetings or calls to present creative, discuss estimates and timing plans when required. Fluent English and Czech is a must for this position, German would be helpful.
