Recruiter for Czech Republic^(m/f)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Self-responsible search and recruitment of new employees by active searching and direct access
• Identification of suitable recruiting channels and their further development
• Creation and checking of job advertisements
• Direct cooperation with our service providers and consultants in the Czech Republic
• HR reporting and analysis of the measures
• Candidate selection as well as job interviews
• Personnel marketing, among others participation in trade fairs and events in the Czech Republic
• Regular travel between Schoeneck and Pilsen
• Completion of general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects in the HR area
• Support for further development, optimization and implementation of internal processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• A degree in business administration with a focus on HR or its equivalent
• First experience in human resources and recruiting is an advantage
• Passion for recruiting and personal marketing as well as a high affinity to social media and technology (including LinkedIn, Facebook, ...)
• "Hunter mentality" and a feeling for recruiting trends, also in the international environment
• Analytical thinking, communication skills and a creative approach
• Socially competence, obliging manner and a high service orientation
• Strong team spirit as well as commitment and motivation
• Excellent Czech as well as good knowledge of English and German, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel due to close cooperation between Schoeneck and Pilsen
• Confident use of MS Office and database systems
