Job description, responsibilities and duties
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will be in charge of design, development, testing, support and deployment of application.
• You will also participate in technical review and suggest technical improvements, technology up-grade, architecture change, etc.
• Research and evaluate software related technologies and products.
• Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies and ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of software products.
• Working in an Agile development cycle using Scrum framework.
• Coordinate with Solution Architect, Development Leads and Product Managers to determine appropriate functionalities and implementation.
• Take an active role in improvement endeavours.
• Communicate effectively with development team, internal and external stakeholders.

Experience and Education
• University graduate / Min. bachelor’s degree in technology-related field (e.g. computer science, MIS, etc.) or technical education.
• Min. 5 years of experience in a professional software development work environment.
• Expert knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management and build processes.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML. CSS. Proficiency in Xamarin forms is also a plus.
• Proficient in front-end frameworks such as Angular or Node.js
• Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with Testing and CI; TDD, automated unit/functional/integration testing
• Experience with developing and delivering large scale distributed systems
• Strong English language skills (oral and written) in routine, technology-related work settings.
