Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently searching for a pleasant Receptionist and Back Office Support, who will be warmly welcoming our visitors and keeping in order administrative tasks at the same time.

What will be your daily responsibilities:
- First contact with company visitors
- Taking care of our guests – prepare meeting rooms, visitors cards, refreshments
- Organizing deliveries and post and managing the warehouse with office supplies, coffee…
- Receiving and sending mail
- Being in touch with facility management and reception regarding basic repairs
- Helping the office administration team
- Taking care of the attendance system and administration of entrance card
- Inventory management
- Administrative support for managers (scheduling meetings, business trips administration)

What experience and knowledge will help you:
- Very structured, organized and independent personality
- Representative behavior, communication skills
- Previous experience as receptionist, assistant or back-office support welcomed
- Fluent Czech and advanced English
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work in adynamic environment
