Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for the complete development of tools, equipment and processes to reach the targets of Quality, Cost, Delivery and to deliver components according to drawings/specifications in right time, costs and quality
- Responsibility for injection molding process & tooling
- Proposal and planning of modifications for tooling and injection process
- Modification of the mold and injection process
- Communication and support of tools suppliers during the repair, modification and update of existing tools
- Experience with processes as: welding, punching, foaming, laser weakening, slush process, covering
- Knowledge of tool design process and assembly
- Responsibility for injection molding process & tooling
