Interim Controlling Manager

- Control and monitor costs through approvals of all PR’s. Control and monitor regular monthly accouting close
- Develop Budgets and Forecasts from operational detail
- Business Plan - Full baseline cost structure development and how it looks over 5 year time horizon
- Develop and influence long term financials outlooks to create a safe sustainable path for the site in relation to competitors
- Lead Cost savings activity with Corporate collaboration
- Use EFIN program profitability’s to model current quarter sales to understand gaps and plans to close those gaps where possible.
- Manage Full F&T function for Site to ensure budgeted commitments are met including corrective actions
- Review all accruals pertaining to operations and convey them to accounting team
- Work with NJ Site in joint development of mission, vision and execution to attain uniform expectations for Finance team
- Support AP team and enhance the process of supplier chargebacks with Quality team
- Support AR team in Cash collection of Customer Debits from Plant perspective
- Participate in New Business Launch reviews to ensure operations can deliver EFIN model commitments
- Work with Central Pricing and Material analysis teams
- Support Commercial recovery meetings
- Work with Logistics in managing obsolescence accruals, drive inventory reductions and accuracy
- Liaison with treasury in deferring/delaying and other opportunities to improve cash flow for the site
