Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Direct contact with customers to establish actions and implement effective containment actions
- Solving the critical situation with customers
- Cooperation on root cause analysis and implementation of robust actions
- Support for the local team in case of weekly and monthly reports for Plant Quality Manager
- Support for local team in case of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for new projects and yearly requalification
- Verification of corrective actions effectiveness and robustness
- Cooperation in case of audits
