Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):
As a new recruit, you'll kick off as an ambitious Sales Representative, gaining expertise in field sales and contributing to the expansion of our gummy products and mastering the art of sweet persuasion in the heart of Central Slovakia. Upon successful acclimatization (depending on your experience level), you´ll progress to the role of Junior Key Account Manager for one of our main customers COOP SK.

We´ll entrust you with responsibility, let you come up with your own ideas and provide support so that you can develop your professional skills to the maximum.

Your main tasks´ll be:
• Listing extension on individual local COOP networks
• Building and increasing of the brand awareness of HARIBO at customers
• Increasing in sales (revenue) of HARIBO products
• Identification and development of new sales opportunities
• Regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to under-stand their needs.
• Regular field visit schedule at COOP networks
• Negotiations on listing with Purchasing departments at COOP SK
• Negotiations on Marketing promotion activities, POS-materials, promotional Flyers with Marketing departments at COOP SK
• High level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers
• Implementation of activities agreed at central level
• Monitoring and evaluation of marketing promotion activities

Unlock the Sweet Spot! As an ideal candidate you have:
• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field is preferred. However, we also welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with relevant experience or other relevant qualifications.
• Industry Experience: Several years (2 - 3 years) in a similar position or professional experience in field sales.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Slovak/Czech are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English (min B1) is a must and knowledge of additional languages is a plus and will be highly regarded.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a basic requirement. Familiarity with trends and developments in the sales industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel
