Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:

• Consults internal customers in the optimization and harmonization of business processes based on PTC CREO / Siemens PLM platform
• Provide 3rd. level support on CAD applications and its PLM interfaces
• Performs business process analysis in order to support through IT solutions
• Coordinates internal IT and external service providers, oversees system design and communicates to internal customer
• Plans and conduct CAD application trainings for business key-users
• Support application upgrades with alignment of business need
• Application user & license management
• Active participation in international projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Professional competences required for the job:

• 3+ years of application consultant / support experience in PTC CREO 3D application
• Experience and knowledge of CREO, other CAD and its PLM interfaces
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Knowledge in ITIL or CMMI processes
• Knowledge in automotive standards is appreciated (ISO26262, TS16949, etc.)
