Our very important client, the global company standing at the forefront of technological innovation and entertainment with numerous offices all around the world, is currently looking for a Claim Administrator with French to join their financial team in Prague in the Czech Republic.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for processing all incoming claims and the transactional tasks within the area of claim management. You will maintain effective communication in French with the customers and produce ad-hoc reports as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
As the successful candidates you should be accurate and proactive. You should also have fluent French (B2-C1) and to be an Excel advanced user.
