Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client, a leading and fast-growing multinational corporation focused on metering and other technologies, is seeking a GL Specialist to join their international team in Prague.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for checking the balance sheet and the P+L Accounts of the different branches, preparation of booking entries, month-end and year-end bookings, maintenance of accounts, schedules in the different banking systems (SAP, e.g.), treatment of various taxes, preparation of tax declaration, etc.

What you'll need to succeed:

As the successful candidates you should be an analytical and detail-oriented person who holds a degree in Finance & Accounting, has excellent English, 3+ years of experience in Accounting and good knowledge of the international standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
