Our very important client, the global company standing at the forefront of technological innovation and entertainment with numerous offices all around the world, is currently looking for a Credit & Collections Manager with French to join their financial team in Prague in the Czech Republic.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth Cash Collections on behalf of international clients and representing the company in front of its clients on monthly service review meetings. Also you will drive resolution of top level issues – work directly with customers with largest overdue balances to recover debt.

Personality requirements and skills
As a successful candidate you should be a highly communicative and customer-oriented person who has at least 3+ years of experience in Collections/ Credit Management. Fluent French (B2-C1) is a must. You must have some experience with process management (process design, process improvements, root cause analysis etc.). Also you have to be willing to travel to France and Benelux for client reviews on a monthly basis.
