Job description, responsibilities and duties
Leading a group of 8-15 employees
Align technology, design strategy and resources together with Electronics Manager
Coordination of the electronics design work – including workflow, process-adherence, resource and capacity planning from quotation phase to serial introduction.
• Manage internal process compliance and continuously support improvement of processes and lead technical design reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in designing automotive electronics (at least 5 years of experience)
English – good level as minimum
