SW Test Analyst / Manager

Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles.
For their new IT Hub in Liberec they are looking for a SW Test Manager.

Professional Experience required:
• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• 2+ years of software testing management experience
• 3 - 4 full life-cycle deployments
• Written and spoken English (very good)
• IT testing tools (e.g. HPQC, SolMan, Integrity, etc.)
• Experience in test automation
• PMP Certified (preferred)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact for all testing methodologies
• Definition and implementation of testing processes and strategies including the requested software and hardware requirements.
• Responsible for managing and directing software testing activities.
• Document, implement, monitor and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
• Ensure quality assurance of testing in various projects
• Internal and external audit support
