You will become part of stable team, who is responsible for special product purchasing or customer based orders. You will be in daily contact with your colleagues mainly from sales, logistics and finance. Your regular tasks will include placing purchase orders due sales or customers need in SAP, control of purchase limits and purchase process. Quality or quantity differences, purchase order in delay will be solved with vendors. You will be also responsible for other administrative activities connected to booking order, requirement for sourcing team or handling notification.

We prefer high school degree. The basic for this role is communicability, user knowledge of MS Office and ability to work effective under pressure. Detail orientation, task finishing and independence are advantages. We appreciate someone, who can establish priorities and work on many task simultaneously. If you don’t have a lot of experiences, we will teach you.
