System Engineer Network Operations (Junior)

We are looking for junior colleague with at least some experience in network operations area to support our clients and end users and run our network systems.

You will be responsible for Czech network perimeter, but you will have impact on other countries of our group as well. You will work closely with a senior colleague and you will get an opportunity to learn and grow.

This position is ideal for candidate with at least ½ year of hands-on experience with networks, network administration and installation, who likes also maintenance and technical support of end users.

Responsibilities:
• Network maintenance and configuration including communication with clients including network installation at customers, technical support, development of network test environment etc.
• Preparation and testing of network devices, cooperation with our logistics dept.
• Post-sales support of our customers including technical problem solving, installation and implementation of network solutions at customer side
• Close cooperation with customers, presentation of technical solutions in cooperation with sales department
• Travelling by company car to customers in ČR and Slovakia
