Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, an international company with its SSC based in Prague, we are seeking an experienced AP Accountant with the use of Italian language.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Code and process invoices and match invoices to purchase orders
• Resolve all invoice/purchase order discrepancies
• Perform intercompany reconciliation
• Create payment proposals and perform payments
• Register outgoing payments
• Engage in process improvement initiatives
• Actively participate in training programs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required
• Participate in various projects and perform other tasks required by the Supervisor/Operations Lead and/or BSG management

A successful candidate will have advanced level of Italian and English language, working experience in accounting, positive and pro-active attitude, team player and will be willing to learn. Previous accounting experience is a big plus.
