Your new company
Our client, the prominent international law company with the offices all around Europe and the Middle East and Asia, is seeking an IT Support to join their Prague team.
Your new role
You will provide first line helpdesk support to users in Prague and Bratislava offices, assisting them with hardware and software problems via desk visits, remote access, phone and e-mail. You will have to follow up and resolve all IT related issues and functions including PCs, laptop, printers, mobile devices, telephony , scanning, printing and all related technologies in cooperation with office operations team and respective suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a perfect fit for this position if your Czech and English is on a communicative level. Also you should be a customer oriented person with a good understanding of Windows environment, any ticket management tool, network connections and devices, remote control, troubleshooting, software and hardware installation. Previous experience in 1st level IT support or an education in IT is a must.
