Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client, the international company is currently looking for a VAT Specialist to join their financial team in Prague in the Czech Republic.
Your new role
You will be responsible for coordination of the European VAT compliance and VAT accounting process. You will review the VAT returns, EU Sales Listings and Intrastat returns, and other regulatory reporting submissions. Also you will be the first point of contact for external tax compliance service providers.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you should be an accurate and pro-active person with excellent communication skills and problem solving mindset who has at least 3+ year of VAT accounting experience. Moreover, you should have proven tax advisory or tax qualification. You must have fluent English (C1-C2) and have a work permit.
