Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, American worldwide marketer of consumer and commercial products, we are currently seeking candidates to join their international German team.
You´ll be providing complete customer service on the customer service line, communicate with customers from DACH region. You´ll be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering orders to end customers, dealing with requests and complaints of clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have German language on professional level and English on communicative level, completed secondary education, good communication skills, assertiveness, independence and thoroughness.
Experience from customer support is an advantage, as well as previous experience working with Excel and SAP program.
