For our client, american company based in Prague we are seeking candidates to join their team of Order management administrators.

Your new role

You will be responsible for checking incoming orders, booking contracts and invoicing, you will become expert for license situation queries for external and internal customers. You will also have responsibility for sharing new ideas and improvement processes to develop process.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking candidates with very fluent English language, at least secondary education. Business education is an advantage as well as previous experience with order management or customer support. Our candidates should be proactive with responsible approach, organisation and time management skills.

Good command with MS Office (Excel) can be an advantage.
