Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, international company with SSC based in Prague we are seeking someone to become the Assistant Controller.
What is it about?
You will ensure compliance with local regulations and company requirements, provide guidance the entire organization to ensure the process design and effectiveness meet the requirements, support the business critical internal control framework (Sarbanes Oxles). Perform SOX testing, issue tracking and maintenance, ensure SOX deliverables are completed timely and accurately, add value to the organization by ensuring that internal control processes are carried out efficiently and effectively, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking for someone with prior experience in internal controls area, for preferably at least 1 year. Having an SSC experience can be an advantage as well as good knowledge of MS Excel. We also require a very good level of English language.
