Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this position, you will be running and validating relevant documents for payroll processes, be a contact person for local HR, business leaders and the external payroll company in an efficient and timely manner. You will be meeting KPIs and company regulations and structures to ensure flawless performance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your suggestions improve the company’s payroll processes.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate, you must be a fluent English-speaker (C1-C2) and must be fluent in either Hungarian, Dutch or French (C1-C2). You must have experience with payroll processes and must be familiar with Payroll systems such as SAP HR or SAP Payroll. A successful candidate must be structured, detail oriented and would be intermediate-advanced level of MS Excel.
