Order Fulfilment Team Leader

Your new role
You will be responsible for and supervising a team that contributes to different regions’ end-to-end order fulfilment processes. Your responsibilities will include process improvement, people management, auditing internal and external processes, project managing, furthermore, communicating and controlling the team and relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you should be an Economics or Business Administration graduate and have 3-6 years’ experience as a team leader within a SSC environment. You must have a solid understanding of OtC, order management and logistics processes, and have an advanced understanding of CE or FMCG processes. An ideal candidate would be fluent in English, moreover, fluency in Dutch/Flemish or any Nordic language is an advantage. Excelled communication skills, cerebral thinking, positive attitude, proactive, analytical, and strong leadership and managerial skills are essential. You must be MS Excel fluent and SAP skills is an advantage. Attaining a work permit is a prerequisite.
