Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, an international company with its SSC based in Prague, we are seeking for experienced people manager with deep knowledge of AR Accounting processes.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for team of 7 people. He will be dedicated to people management and dealing with escalated issues. The person will not be doing the operations. The team is covering complex AR agenda - cash application as well as cash collections and credit management for the whole Europe.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate needs to have complex AR experience from the SSC type of company. The candidate should have also previous people management experience (can be as Deputy Team Leader or from smaller team). We are seeking for people oriented person with good organisational skills. Previous working experience in SAP software can be an advantage. Fluency in English is a must. Another European language (French, Spanish, Italian or German) can be beneficial.
