Collections with Dutch + French (suitable for juniors)

We are currently supporting our client (pharmaceutical company with its SSC located in Prague) in seeking for Dutch AND French speaking candidates for a role of Credit Collections Specialist.



Your new role

You will be responsible for collection and credit activities for different markets, resolving customer queries via phone and email, following up timely on overdue payments, preparing and dispatching customer statements etc. You will be also reviewing credit limits and setting up company credit policy.



What you'll need to succeed

You are a perfect fit for this position if you are fluent in Dutch and can communicate in French and English. A successful candidate can be either junior - having the language skills, previous Customer Service experience and interest in finance. Or Senior - having at least 1 year of experience in AR or Credit agenda. Experience in working with SAP is a plus.
