POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to HR Business Partner CzechPak. Provide complete HR support for Teplice CPM Plant and Prague Office. Act as an HR business partner by supporting work teams. Cover and substitute the role of HRBP on a short-term base in case of illness, vacations, trainings etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR support for CPM (Teplice Plant and Prague Office) Administrative HR tasks incl. personal files
Mid-year/End-year Performance review for hourly population
Update & follow Headcount Report
Update & follow Employee Files on T drive
Cover the payroll process
Illness & disability
Wage background – communication with Aladdin (external payroll provider)
Input new employees to the attendance system and other operations in PowerKey
Immersion Plans
Exit interviews
Execution & Insolvency of Employees
Other HR Projects Internal Communication: Support the HRBP to translate global HR communications (ex. Newsletter in Czech, announcements, Organization Charts etc.)
Liability Insurance - checks if liability insurance is paid on time
Management of training plan Cooperation on Training Activities, set-up appointments with managers to define needs and priorities for a year
Build the annual plan according the budget, the priorities and requests from manager for their teams.
To be one of the contact with training agencies.
Recruitment Cover whole recruitment process for hourly population (advertising, contact candidates, interviews)
Negotiation with external agencies if needed
Support to launch job
Induction & Immersion Plans Organize agenda for new employee induction
Completely support an Immersion Plan process
Office events Cooperation on organizing Christmas party and other events, act as a support to CPM Assistant/receptionists.
Manage the budget Creation PO´s, validation invoices for HR expenses etc.
REQUIRED PROFILE Bachelor degree / completed secondary education with 3-5 years’ experience in HR
Fluency in English is required both verbally and in writing Excellent IT skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must)
Driving license B

Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to work against aggressive deadlines
