Your new company
For our client that is currently undergoing a new transition wave of accounting processes to Prague, we are seeking for experienced Senior AR Team Leader that would lead transition and build up a team.
Your new role
The role of the new manager will be to manage new wave of transitions from Germany to Prague SSC. The person will manage smaller team (app. 5 people) and help them to manage the transition, settle down the processes, run series of process improvements etc. The manager will be the main point of escalations and will communicate on various business levels.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking for experienced people manager with great knowledge of the whole AR process (including cash application, credit collections, bank). We are seeking for a fluent speaker in English and German. Previous working experience in SAP is essential.
