Commercial Logistics Supervisor

You will be leading a team of Customer Relationship Representatives that manage order entries and shipping procedures on behalf of partnered departments to ensure successful client orders efficiently. You will be responsible of monitoring and reporting the team’s development and activities, such as KPIs, quality, process optimisation, project deliverables and customer satisfaction to senior management of the Logistics department.
