Transitions from Germany to Prague
Your new company
For our client that is currently undergoing a new transition wave of accounting processes to Prague, we are seeking for experienced Senior Accountant Team Lead with German that would lead transition and accounting teams.
Your new role
You will be responsible for transitions from Germany to Prague to oversees the financial and accounting function for Germany within areas such as accounting, tax, audit and treasury. You will be coordinating the activities which are related to internal controls documentation. You will be leading accounting staff to meet deadlines and you will have direct management responsibility of GL Accountants, AR Supervisor and AP Supervisor. You will be part of automation and process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have solid understanding of IFRS, HGB and SAP. You need to speak fluently German and English. You should be able to work under pressure, you should have a solving problem ability and multi-task skills. You need to have experience with leadership and strong understanding of tax accounting and tax rules.
