Job description, responsibilities and duties

As P2P Specialist you will be responsible for executing and helping to manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team. The role will include processing of invoices, generating payments, and managing vendor inquiries. Main responsibilities will be performing invoice, payments and credit notes processing, resolve invoice discrepancies, reporting, prepare payment proposals, and communication with other teams and suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed:
• fluency in English and French
• knowledge of accounting and finance
• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting is preferred
• knowledge of SAP is preferred
• very good communication skills
• very good analytical skills and attention to details
