IT Analyst EMEA

Your new company
Our client is an international company with well-established business center based in Prague. They are currently searching for experienced IT support analyst with Czech and English language to support branches around EMEA region.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing high quality support to users in all EMEA users both on premise and remote (travelling to chosen location). Overseeing the installation/configuration/management/maintenance of the local infrastructure (desktops, laptops) and the local server infrastructure. You will be in touch with other teams like Network Services, Service Desk, Regional teams and Security to ensure that standards and service levels are applied correctly. Travelling is a part of the job, both within the Czech republic and abroad.

What you'll need to succeed
You are a perfect fit for this position if your Czech and English language is on a fluent level. Also you should be accurate and customer oriented person with 2+ years experience of working in service delivery from the environment of international company. You should have the basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration and exposure to Windows 7 & 10 and Office. Knowledge of ITIL Framework would be an advantage.
