An international pharmaceutical company is seeking for junior candidate that would join their Customer Service department.
The successful candidate will support HR and Procurement issues. The main responsibilities will include receiving requests from the employees of the company and dealing with them. The issues would be solved by email, phone, chat or web form.
We are seeking for motivated junior candidate with fluent German. Any previous experience in administrative role or customer service role can be an advantage but is not essential. The successful candidate should have good communication skills.
The company can offer motivating salary together with large benefit package that includes cafeteria, public transportation contribution, 5 weeks of vacation, sick days and many more.
