Your new role
-Responsible for general administrative tasks
-Responsible for telecommunication system – mobile phones + fix lines
-Management of the Reception
-Space management
-KPIs reporting preparation/communication - on a monthly/weekly basis
-Processing monthly OT reports for Finance Manager
-Cooperation with Accounting Department
-Organising company staff events in cooperation with Marketing Coordinator
-Organising business trips
-Reviewing relevant suppliers contracts, negotiations etc. (office supply, cleaning service, mobiles...)
-To lead, motivate and develop the team to provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of support to the front office to develop the branch performance
-Support for Brno office and other Hays sites when relevant
-Responsible for the security of the office (access rights, etc.)
-Keep all agenda and communication about cafeteria and other benefits
-Evidence of handover protocols of all employees
-Office supply
-Admin support to management of the company
-Management of fleet car
-Front Office support
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience with a similar role at least 5 years
• Demonstrates behaviours that support and reflect the Hays
• Office management skills
• Highly commercial and innovative approach supporting the business
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Personal credibility
• Complete discretion and confidentiality
• Can work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Team player • Willingness to study
• The very good knowledge of English and Czech language is a must as you cannot do your daily work without it
