Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for GL agenda for Bulgarian or Russian speaking market within all areas in scope as well as ensuring compliance of all processes with standard operating procedures, corporate policies and maintenance of all key controls.

Our client, an international company with its SSC based in Prague, is looking for experienced GL accountant with knowledge of Bulgarian or Russian language.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) nebo Bulgarian - Proficiency (C2) nebo Russian - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

You need to be fluent in English and Bulgarian (or Russian), have strong experience (at least 5 years) in GL accounting and preferably Master degree in Finance/Accounting. You need to be able to work with deadlines and multitasking, be analytical and detail oriented. Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP is preferred. Knowledge of Bulgarian GAAP is an advantage.
