Your new role

You will be responsible for providing high quality customer support for the company as a Single Point of Contact. You will be dealing with the daily troubleshooting and providing all necessary support to the customers in a positive and professional manner.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a perfect fit for this position if you have fluent English and German language and inclination/interest in cameras and photography. Also you should be communicative and customer oriented person with a positive approach to IT and with solid problem solving skills.
