Loyalty Manager

Your new company
We are looking for a Loyalty Manager for an international retail company.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of loyalty program.
Amongst other responsibilities you will define and execute the vision of the loyalty program within organisation and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore you will also provide leadership and expertise, create program KPI’s , reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cooperation with teams within the company is matter of course.

What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate you will have a master’s degree, preferably in marketing or business studies and at least 7 years of experience working in Marketing with focus areas like loyalty, digital, CRM, project management and budgetary. Advantage is at least 3 years of experience in a retail organisation or marketing agency.
You will have also strong communicative skills and attention to detail, ability of working with CRM systems and ideally SalesForce which is preferred but not a must.
Good level of English and fluent Czech is required as you won´t be able to do your job without it.
