Logistics Coordinator/Order Management Support/6-9months/Prague 5

A multicultural Shared service center of a progressive and innovative company seeks a new colleague to join the Order management logistics team.
Your new role
This is a logistics support role - juniors, trainees or also logistics experienced candidates are welcomed!
Your role will combine administrative, customer service and logistics coordination activities. You will be responsible for communication with clients, managing their orders and processing them in the system, sending orders to suppliers, invoicing. Besides, you will cooperate with other, experienced logistics colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
• Representative and client oriented approach
• Motivation and problem solving skills
• Interest or any previous experience in logistics or customer service as advantage
• English + additional language as a plus (German, French, Italian, Czech)
• MS Office (excel), ideally SAP
• start immediately
