Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Provide systems support
• Install new and upgrade existing software
• Establish and maintain network security
• Oversee disaster and recovery plans
• Maintain activity logs for upgrades and maintenance
• Create and maintain documentation related to maintaining application systems
• Provide high level of customer service to end users and departments throughout the organization
