• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, FRS, and DFS) and enterprise management
• Experience in Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server domain design and implementation.
• Expert in Trouble shooting of Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012 issues.
• Expert in ITIL Process
• Expert knowledge of VMware technologies (vCenter and vSphere). Recommended version 6.x
• Experience and working knowledge of Citrix XenApp and VDI
• Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS technology, VLAN, Port Group.
• Experience in troubleshooting skill in VMware environment.
• Managing Windows 2003/2008/2012 mix mode environment.
• An understanding of performance, backup, security issues, and registry settings.
• Follow strict change management procedures
• Manage domain, user/computer objects, accounts, and permissions
• Understanding and experience with WSUS.
• Experience with system security requirements and server hardening practices.
• Experience with Cisco UCS, HP, Dell and IBM hardware exclusively Blades.
• Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations.
• Designing and implementing Microsoft Clustering and load balancing.
• Installation and support of Applications in large environment.
• Experience in Backup software client installation and troubleshoot.
• Windows server remediation
• Knowledge about SCCM, SCOM, TSM
