We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopper.
As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating our clients' customer service and sales performance. You will visit various retail stores and other establishments, posing as a regular customer, and provide valuable feedback on your shopping experience.
Responsibilities
• Conduct secret shopper visits to various retail stores and other establishments
• Interact with employees and evaluate their customer service and sales performance
• Complete detailed reports on your shopping experience, including any issues or areas for improvement
• Provide constructive feedback to management on ways to improve customer service and sales performance.

Mystery shopping is one of many tools that international brands use to measure their own level of service, to reward and/or improve there staff and in turn their customer service.
A Helion Evaluator is a Mystery shopper. A Helion Evaluator, acting as normal customer, performs specific tasks—such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.
As a Helion Evaluator, you would have a large selection of different types of services to evaluate for a large number of clients, ranging from supermarkets to airlines by posing as a day to day customer.
