Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Enterprise Engineer to provide to deal with IT support activities by one of our most important customers in the country.

Your responsibilities…

- Providing hardware break-fix support, installation and start-up services for our customers countrywide
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

You are willing to learn ...

- IT Infrastructure planning, managing and documenting experience
- Earn experience in Data Center environment
- Good Experience on Windows Server AD
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
- Migration, installation and HW decommissioning experience

Nice to have ...

- Fluent English
- Exceptional communication skill
- Experience on supporting HPE HW products
- Working experience with Server, Network and Storage devices in a productive environment
- Experience in Provisioning and Racking of hardware
- Knowledge or previous experience with SLA
