Our client is a CEE regional company operating facilities in entertainment industry and also dealing with catering. Now we are looking for a Park Leader for them.
The Park Leader will be responsible for the overall coordination of the park’s operative activities, including building and managing his/her team (delivering shifts, training employees, monthly assessments, etc.), enforcing the park standards and processes, overseeing the cleanliness of the park, supervising the kitchen, and achieving predetermined annual goals.

Personality requirements and skills
We are looking for candidates with higher professional education and leadership experience, who speaks English and Slovak fluently. The experience gained in operating a unit of a retail network (eg. Restaurant chains, fitness clubs, leisure centers, other entertainment industry chains) could be an advantage. The ideal candidate is characterized by flexible, solution-oriented leadership who can motivate and support his/her team, while also require them to work diligently and accurately. He/she shall regularly report to the COO.
